Looe

Looe, one of Cornwall's major fishing ports, is situated on the Cornish Riviera on the south coast. East Looe is made up of narrow streets and courtyards. Looe's historical connections with the sea can be explored at the town's Living with the Sea exhibition. A seven arched Victorian bridge links East and West Looe, where there is the South East Cornwall Discovery Centre. Just along the coast from the town is the famous Monkey Sanctuary, home of a colony of woolly monkeys since 1964.
