Lulworth Cove

This land-locked cove has delighted visitors for many years. Its two great arms of cliff almost join as they protect the calm waters within. At certain times the water here can look as blue as the Mediterranean. Just over the Western arm is Stair Hole where the rocks have been laid bare by the sea and the unusual stratification is clearly shown.
