Poole

Poole is an ancient port, with its history going back to at least the 13th Century. Today, it is a large, bustling town relying mainly on light industry and, to a lesser extent than in the past, its use as a port. There are superb views across Poole Harbour and its islands. This natural harbour is said to be second in size only to Sydney Harbour in the world.
